Think “Keep Quiet”

Yesterday, Apple and Nicholas M. Ciarelli finally came to an agreement. Mr. Ciarelli, who began running a website, “Think Secret,” when he began his studies at Harvard, has spent his undergraduate years fending off Apple’s lawsuits because of the information he disclosed on his site. Apple sued others, who claimed reporters’ privileges, and lost in the courts. The settlement into which he and the company have entered is confidential, but as one of its conditions, he will shut down his site. Read more here. Here’s some reaction from the blogosphere.
