Can Wedding Photographer Refuse To Provide Services To Same Sex Couple
A same sex couple filed a complaint against a photography studio because it declined to provide services to the couple (namely, it declined to photograph the commitment ceremony). The photographer is claiming that to have provided the services would have violated her right to freedom of religion. The ADF (Alliance Defense Fund) is providing legal assistance.
