Max Mosley To Present Privacy Case Before ECHR

Max Mosley, who won his invasion of privacy suit in the English courts, now plans to continue his attack on privacy law by arguing that the remedy provided is inadequate to protect plaintiffs, because it does not allow them to argue for an injunction to prohibit the publication in the first place. It only allows plaintiffs a cause of action after the fact of publication. He plans to place this argument, based on the European Convention on Human Rights, before the European Court of Human Rights. Read more here.
