Midnight Rider Director, Executive Producer Enter Pleas, Receive Sentences
The director of the film Midnight Rider, in which a camera assistant died, has pled guilty and received a ten year sentence. Through his attorney, Randall Miller acknowledged that the state “could establish the essential elements of the crime.” The state dismissed the case against Mr. Miller’s wife. The executive producer on the film, Jay Sedrish, entered an Alford plea (in which the defendant enters a guilty plea but asserts innocence)
