Lawsuit Filed Against U Hawaii For Posting Of Student, Alumni Personal Info

A former University of Hawaii (Manoa) student is suing for invasion of privacy after one of the university’s retired profs posted alumni info, including SSNs, online. Philippe Gross says someone used his personal information to make fraudulent charges and he has asked for an injunction and damages via the class action suit. More here from the Chronicle of Higher Education.
