International Criminal Tribunal Fines Journalist For Revealing Information

The International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia has fined journalist Florence Hartmann $10,000 for revealing secret information about its proceedings in an article and book. Ms. Hartmann, who served as a spokesperson for the court in the early 2000s, was not given a prison sentence. Read more here.
