Judge Alex Kozinski of the Ninth CIrcuit has declared a mistrial in the obscenity trial over which he was presiding as the media frenzy continued over his personal website. Judge Kozinski indicated he would ask that Ira Isaacs’s case be handled by another jurist. News emerged earlier this week of sexually explicit images on Judge Kozinski’s personal website through a story in the L.A. Times.
