State Department Releases Report on Kenneth Tomlinson

The State Department’s inquiry into Kenneth Tomlinson’s tenure as the person overseeing the Voice of America and Radio Free Europe has been completed. Some members of Congress have seen a summary of the report but the complete report apparently will not be released to the public. Tomlinson is up for reappointment to his office and tot inquiry
