House Passes COPE Act Without Markey’s Net Neutrality Amendment

The House yesterday passed the Communications, Opportunity, and Promotion Enhancement (COPE) Act, without a Democratic amendment that reflected the “net neutrality” rules that would promote equal access for all sites to the Internet.
