Supreme Court Denies Cert in FCC v. Prometheus Radio Project Case; 3rd Circuit Ruling Stands

The Supreme Court denied cert on Monday in the closely watched case of FCC v. Prometheus Radio Project, in which the Third Circuit had tossed the FCC’s relaxed rules on media ownership.
