Australian Soap Star Suing on Unfair Dismissal Claim

Shane Connor, a former star of Australia’s longest running daytime drama, “Neighbours”, is suing the show’s producers over his dismissal in September 2003. He claims that disagreements with other members of the cast, not primarily his own bad work habits and problems with drugs, which he told the court he had overcome, caused him to be written out of the show.
