Eminem Sues To Prevent Use of Songs as Ringtones

Marshall Mathers III, better known as rapper Eminem, is off to court again, this time in an attempt to prevent various companies that sell ring tones from using his tunes. His attorneys filed suit in U. S. District Court in the Eastern District of Michigan October 4 charging unjust enrichment and copyright infringement, and seeking an injunction against Nextones.com and four other companies.
