Photographer Charged In Witherspoon Incident

The AP is reporting that photographer Todd Wallace is being charged with child endangerment and battery for an incident at Disney’s California Adventure September 7th after he allegedly hit a little girl and her mother while trying to get a picture of actress Reese Witherspoon (Legally Blonde, Just Like Heaven). The pair were with Witherspoon at the time. Wallace previously served time for burglary.
