Supreme Court Refuses To Hear Blackberry Case

The Supreme Court has denied cert in the case of Research in Motion v. NTP, Inc. (the Blackberry case), leaving in place the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit decision that RIM had infringed on NTP’s patents.
