Judge Closes Courtroom; Press, Public Not Allowed in Abortion Records Proceedings

The judge in charge of the case in which Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline is seeking medical records from two abortion providers has now closed all proceedings to the public. Judge RIchard Anderson has barred the public, including members of the press, from attending future proceedings. Read more here.
