CBS Decides to Appeal $550,000 Fine

CBS has appealed the $550,000 fine imposed by the FCC as a result of the infamous Janet Jackson “wardrobe malfunction” during the 2004 Super Bowl half-time show. It filed its appeal with the Third Circuit last week. Read more here.
