Five Months For Copyright Infringement
A federal judge has sentenced Grant Stanley to five months in prison, probation and a three thousand dollar fine for his part in making Revenge of the Sith and other copyrighted materials available to eager users via a P2P service which used BitTorrent technology. Stanley violated the Family Entertainment and Copyright Act of 2005. Federal agents shut down the site for which Stanley worked in May of 2005. Read more here and here.
