Albert Fraud Trial Begins

The complex trial over a contract between Antidote International Films and Underdogs Inc to make a movie out of a book by someone named J. T. Leroy, who turns out to be Laura Albert, because there doesn’t seem to be any J. T. Leroy, has begun. The suggestion by some is that the company wants out because interest in a J. T. Leroy movie has dropped precepitously.
