Anna Nicole’s Exes Plan Lawsuit Against Journalist Over Book

Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern are planning to sue journalist Rita Cosby over allegations in her new book Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole’s Death. In it, the author claims that Mr. Birkhead and Mr. Stern had a “sexual encounter” and that the late Anna Nicole Smith knew about it. Both men deny the allegation.
