Supreme Court To Hear “Fleeting Expletives” Case
The Supreme Court has granted cert in the Fox v. FCC (2d Circuit) case, decided last June. At issue is the FCC’s “fleeting expletives” policy, which the Second Circuit, in a 2-1 decision, told the agency it would sideline until the FCC could come forward with more justification for its changes. The Second Circuit panel also indicated that it thought the new policy might be constitutionally questionable. Here’s more from the Associated Press.
