Wikileaks Lawsuit Abandoned

Julius Baer, the bank that had been pursuing the lawsuit against Wikileaks.org, has abandoned the litigation, at least for now. The U.S. district court judge who had originally granted an injunction against Wikileaks, which had posted documents in the case, had reversed his decision last week. The bank gave no reason for dropping the suit. Read more here in a Guardian story.
