Hells Angels Founder Sues HBO, Director, For Copyright Infringement, Breach of Contract

Sonny Barger, founder of the motorcycle group the Hells Angels, has sued HBO and director Michael Tolkin for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and misappropriation of personality rights over a tv pilot that Mr. Tolkin and HBO planned to develop.
