Max Mosley Files Defamation, Invasion of Privacy Suit Against News of the World
Max Mosley, a prominent figure in the world of Formula One racing, and head of Federation Internationale de l’Automobile, is pursuing defamation and invasion of privacy claims in the French courts against News of the World, which has printed a story alleging that he patronized prostitutes and engaged in sexual activities with Nazi “themes”.
