FCC Chair: Sirius/XM Merger Good To Go

FCC Chair Kevin Martin has indicated that the Sirius/XM Satellite merger is a “go”, with a few caveats. He would like to see the companies agree to hold prices at current levels, and offer “a la carte” options to customers, for example. Read more here.
