Country Life Settles Defamation Lawsuit With Barbados Politician
Yet another British magazine has agreed to pay damages and legal fees over a false story published in its pages. Country Life, the glossy weekly, has acknowledged that its reference via a song to the suggestion that Mia Amor Mottley, the former deputy prime minister of Barbados, had assaulted someone, was factually incorrect.
