Lori Drew Jury Might Not Hear Circumstances of Teen’s Death
The jury in the Lori Drew trial may not hear evidence about the suicide of Megan Meier. Judge George Wu said he thought evidence concerning the suicide was prejudicial and he is leaning toward excluding it. Ms. Drew is on trial for violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act by allegedly creating a fake MySpace page and sending Megan messages in the name of an imaginary teenaged boy.
