ASA Says Christian Party Slogan OK As Advertisement

Even though it has generated more than one thousand complaints so far, that Christian Party advertisement is staying up wherever it is. The Advertising Standards Authority considers it “electioneering material” and according to ASA codes, it is permissible even though it offends some Britons with its slogan: “There definitely is a God. So join the Christian party and enjoy your life.” The words are meant as a contrast to the recent British Humanist Association’s bus advertisments which read “There’s probably no God.
