White House Military Office Director Resigns Over NY Photo Op Flyover

Louis Caldera, the White House Military Office Director, has delivered his resignation to President Obama in the wake of that April flyover photo op that we now learn cost more that $350,000, scared the beejeebers out of New Yorkers who saw a 747 zip by at a very low altitude, and annoyed Mayor Bloomberg. The White House had originally said it would not release details of the incident but Defense Secretary Gates has now released information on the flyover.
