Judge Allows Dan Rather To Refile Suit Against CBS

Dan Rather’s lawsuit against CBS is back on. The longtime CBS anchor originally sued for breach of contract over his removal two years ago. Judge Ira Gammerman dismissed the suit citing technicalities, but is now allowing Mr. Rather to go ahead with his proceeding against CBS brass.
