More On the Appeal in the Salinger/Colting Case

The American Library Association, the Association of Research Libraries, and the Association of College and Research Libraries are among those filing a friend of the court brief in the appeal of Fredrick Colting. He’s appealing the lower court decision enjoining him from publishing “60 Years Later,” which uses the character Holden Caulfield, created by J. D. Salinger.
