Jon Gosselin, TLC Headed To Court

TLC and Jon Gosselin were supposed to face off in court today over Mr. Gosselin’s appearances on shows other than the now cancelled Jon & Kate Plus 8. Mr. Gosselin says the network violated child labor laws during the filming of the show. Mr. Gosselin failed to appear. Read more here and here.
