The Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts has directed that judgment be entered for a newspaper in a defamation, emotional distress and invasion of privacy case. The Enterprise Publishing Company had covered disciplinary proceedings against James Howell, superintendent of the sewer department of the town of Abington.
