The National Merit Scholarship Corporation and the Blogger

The Chronicle of Higher Education reports on an incident involving the National Merit Scholarship Corporation and a blogger; the NMSC objected to what it calls the blogger’s publication of “proprietary information” on her blog and implied it would seek legal action. The blogger says she simply posted information that is otherwise available. Read more here.
