A Wyoming judge dissolved a TRO after four days a college’s request to prohibit two local newspapers from printing stories about its president’s trip to Costa Rica, saying that the newspapers obtained copies of the college’s internal report concerning the trip from someone who obtained it “improperly.” The judge’s order, issued May 21,  is in force for ten days.
