Sean Penn Pleads No Contest; Gets Community Service and Probation

According to the BBC, two time Oscar winner Sean Penn has pled no contest to a vandalism charge and received a sentence of 300 hours of community service and 3 years of probation from the judge, this after yet another run-in with a paparazzo. He spent time in jail for assault in 1987.
