Singer Guilty For Not Informing Partners Of Her HIV-Positive Condition

A German court has sentenced singer Nadja Benaissa to two years probation after finding her guilty of aggravated assault for failing to inform men with whom she had unprotected sex that she is HIV-positive. The singer apologized and said she was “careless” during that period of her life. One of her former lovers is now HIV-positive.
