That sequel to “Catcher in the Rye” is permanently enjoined from sale in the U.S. The defendants and their agents and representatives may not manufacture, publish, distribute, advertise, promote, sell, or “otherwise disseminat[e] any copy of the book 60 Years Later by Fredrick Colting writing under the name J.D.
