ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The conference features the latest case law developments, advice, and practical strategies from some of the top academics and practitioners in the field to help you stay current with fast-moving case law developments. Intellectual property is now at center stage judging from the U.S. Supreme Court’s docket in recent years. This symposium will examine the impact of in re Bilski and other recent cases that are reshaping the law of intellectual property.
