Australian Appellate Court Rules ISP Not Responsible For Users’ Copyright Infringement

An Australian appellate court has upheld a lower court ruling that an ISP is not liable for copyright infringement by rightsholders alleging that an ISP failed to control its users’ uploading and sharing of copyrighted works.
