Journalist Who First Suggested Phone Hacking Going On At News of the World Found Dead

From the Guardian: Sean Hoare, the reporter who first alleged that Andy Coulson, the editor at News of the World, knew about the phone hacking at the paper, has been found dead at his home in Watford.
