They Don’t Like What He Said Last Summer

Former New York Governor and talk show host Eliot Spitzer and Slate.com are facing defamation suits over a column he wrote for the site almost exactly a year ago. Although he doesn’t mention the plaintiffs by name, William Gilman and Edward McNenney say he meant them and that readers will know that.
