Gaga Wins Injunction Against GooGoo

A British judge has granted singer Lady Gaga an injunction against Mind Candy, parent of Moshi Music, which had created the animated character Lady GooGoo singing “Peppy-razzi.” Lady Gaga alleged that the result infringed on her trademark. The judge is allowing the animated character to appear in the Moshi Monsters video game.
