Karen Sloan of the National Law Journal brings us an update on the Cooley Law School fight over one law school “scamblog.” Cooley is suing the blogger for defamation and fighting to reveal his name; the blogger is fighting back to keep his name secret since the school still has his transcripts, although he is now enrolled at another school.
