Julie Hilden weighs in on whether Facebook “likes” should get First Amendment protection here. The case is Bland v. Roberts. Briefly, the issue presented is whether “liking” a page on Facebook is constitutionally protected speech under the First Amendment. The judge in the case ruled that it is not.
