British Official Says Legal System Needs To Address Dangers Posed By Social Media

He also noted that in some cases, members of the legal profession themselves make comments about the legal system on social media. Calling this tendency “trial by Google,” Dominic Grieve, Q.C. indicated that he thinks lawyers, judges, and legislators need to address cracks in a legal regime that pre-dates the Internet without delay.
