UK Information Office Tells Google To Rewrite Its Privacy Policy

The UK Information Commissioner’s Office has told Google to rewrite its privacy policy, shortly after counterpart agencies in other EU member states did the same. The company has been under fire in the EU for over a year due to its data collection practices during the Street View program. Now questions have arisen over the NSA’s Prism program and the possible uses of Google Glass. Google says its practices comply with EU data protection laws. More here from the Guardian.
