Italian High Court Affirms One Year Sentence For Berlusconi
The Italian Supreme Court has upheld a one-year prison term for Silvio Berlusconi, former Italian Prime Minister and media tycoon. His attorneys might request a suspended sentence. Mr. Berlusconi might also serve his sentence as house arrest.
