Google Tells UK Users They Cannot Sue It In UK Courts

Olswang, the UK law firm representing Safari Users Against Google’s Secret Tracking, a group which represents UK citizens who use Google and which allege that Google UK infringes their privacy rights, says that Google has responded that UK courts have no jurisdiction in the case. If the users wish to sue, they must file the case against Google Inc in a US court.
