Elaine and David McClain of Sanford, Florida are suing filmmaker Spike Lee over a tweet he sent last year which contained their address attached to the name of George Zimmermann, the man charged with the murder of teenager Trayvon Martin. In a high publicity case that dominated headlines for over a year and culminated in a sensational trial, Mr. Zimmerman was found not guilty.
