New York Court Rules Fox Reporter Need Not Testify At Holmes Trial

The New York State Court of Appeals has ruled, 4-3, that Fox reporter Jana Winter does not have to testify in the case of James Holmes, on trial for a July 2012 mass shooting in Aurora, Colorado.
